For Orders placed while signed in to the Soccer Garments account, sign in and visit your Order History. As soon as your order send out, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track your order here.

*Shipping times may vary during high-volume order periods
If your order has not shipped after three business days, you will receive an email notifying you. Some reasons for the delay could include the following:
• We are experiencing higher order volume during this time
• Item(s) in your order may be on backorder in the next 72 hours
• Item(s) in your order may be out of stock due to high demand
• Shipping address is incomplete that can not be shipped
• A payment issue may have occurred while placing the order

How will I know my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped due to the customized work involved. Once you have received this email please allow 72 hours for your tracking number to update.
Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
We happily fulfill international orders! We are proud to use 4PX/YunExpress/UPS/DHL/Fedex/TNT/USPS as our primary carrier. Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going. Depending on your home country a customs tax may be applied in addition to your shipping cost. Please note:
If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you with a perfect gift.

Change Order Information
For changing order information, please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours).
Please keep in mind that we don’t feel responsible for any mistake you made, and there is nothing we can do if you change your mind too late when the order has already been processed and sent out.
Shipping Delays
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.
